Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership Approved Degree Programs

Empire State College, a partner institution in the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP), offers approved degree programs designed to meet the needs of sailors based on their military training and educational goals. Sailors of all rates can enroll in any of the approved degree programs.
