JROTC Program

Welcome to Empire State College's JROTC Program. This program is in partnership with the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and RTG & Associates Educational Services on behalf of JROTC instructors and military leaders from all of the armed services. Empire State College's Center for Distance Learning (CDL) offers convenient, online associate and bachelor's degree programs

Our students study from any location where telephone and internet access are available. Terms begin five times a year in January, March, May, September and November

Online academic advising, academic services and credit for prior learning gained from work or life experience are available

Empire State College is regionally accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. We are a long time member of DANTES and Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC).
