Tracy Galuski Presents Two Topics at New York State Association for the Education of Young Children Conference

GaluskiTracy Galuski, at right, presented two separate topics at the New York State Association for the Education of Young Children Annual State Conference. Her presentation "Learning to Love: Supporting Attachment in Early Childhood Programs" was developed from a course offered at the Center for Distance Learning.

"Exploring Race, Culture and Bias Through the Eyes of a Child" is a popular presentation designed to challenge the bias that is prevalent in early childhood programs.

This annual event was held in Buffalo in April.
NYSAEYC is the state affiliate of the largest national early-childhood organization, the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Galuski is assistant professor and mentor of early childhood for CDL.
