There are numerous ways individuals can take positive action to diminish their risks associated with heart conditions and strokes. Healthy eating routines can assist with reducing high cholesterol, high blood pressure and excess body weight. These are three of the major causes of heart attack and strokes. Please visit the American Heart Association for more education and information about your heart’s well-being. Smoking, improper diet and nutrition, inadequate physical activity, cholesterol, high blood pressureand stress can impact your health negatively – learn to manage them.
