Exceptions to the Withdrawal Policy
At Empire State College we are aware that unexpected, exigent, personal circumstances may occur, negatively impacting a student's ability to complete his or her studies. In these rare cases, students may request an exception to the college's withdrawal policy. Requests for exceptions are reviewed by Student Accounts on an individual basis.

Students who are concerned about completing their studies due to an academic, center/program or mentor issue should contact their center.
