Anticipated Financial Aid Refund Dates
If you are eligible for a refund and your financial aid is fully in place (including completion of a master promissory note for direct loans, if necessary) by the start date of the term, you can expect a refund from your financial aid proceeds by the following dates:

Dates provided are estimates only and can vary, especially in the summer term when some financial aid can be delayed as late as August.
Refunds are calculated when the funds actually arrive. You can monitor the arrival of funds in your accounts summary. When aid funds arrive, the credit will display on your account summary as paid, not pending. You will receive an automated email from student accounts when your funds have arrived. If you are a due a refund, it will be processed within 10 business days and sent to you via your HigherOne refund preference thereafter.
