Financial Terms and Conditions

Students are responsible for the charges they incur at the college, including, but not limited to course registrations, fees and books. Regardless of expected reliance on any third-party resource, including, without limitation, financial aid, family gifts, employer reimbursement, or other external resource, students remain personally responsible for paying all balances due to Empire State College.
