Schedule of Statements

Statements are mailed during a term's registration period unless there is not enough time for students to receive the bills before the payment due date. If you register after the term's payment due date, you will not receive an account statement.

We encourage all students to access their student account statement on MyESC immediately after registering, as well as prior to the term's payment due date to verify your account balance.

Please be advised that missing outcomes, incompletes, or failure to complete coursework successfully for a prior term may result in a change to your financial aid eligibility. We encourage students to continue to monitor their accounts online.

Effective with registration for the Fall 2 term, which opens on Sept. 16, 2014, students will no longer receive paper bills after registering.
