Transcript Request and Form
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 safeguards your records. Therefore, your records will not be available to others outside the college without your written consent.
Transcript requests can only be submitted in writing and must contain the original handwritten signature of the student. You may print the transcript request form provided here and send it along with the appropriate transcript fees ($5 for each transcript requested) to the Office of the Registrar by:

Transcripts are processed in the order they are received. Transcripts are usually mailed within two weeks of the receipt of your transcript request. We make every effort to meet specified deadlines. Please submit your transcript requests a minimum of two weeks prior to the date needed.
There may be a delay if there are outstanding academic documents needed to complete your record and we have to contact your location. In this case, a notice will be sent to you at that time.
You can select to have your transcript mailed after grades from a current term are in, after your degree program has been concurred, when your degree has been awarded or now. If no option is selected, the default is now.
To ensure proper delivery, be make sure to provide a complete mailing address. We will mail the transcript to the address provided.
