Department of Labor Programs
The Office of the Registrar provides academic documentation for various New York State agencies. These include programs offered by the NYS Department of Labor (Program 599, WIA, Trade Act) and Workforce solutions offered by some counties.
All requests for information to be released to these agencies should be sent to the Office of the Registrar and must include the following information:
- Telephone number
- Student ID number
- A brief statement regarding the nature of the request
- Contact information for the agency requesting the information (if applicable)
- Original legal signature(no computer generated signatures please)
Requests may be faxed to 518-580-0105 or scanned an attached in an email directed to Registrar’email@example.com. These requests are only processed through the Office of the Registrar; they are not processed at your academic center or by your primary mentor. Additionally, any accompanying documents such as progress or attendance forms should be sent directly to the Office of the Registrar for processing.
