Registration and book order forms are available through your Career Development Program coordinator/administrator and must be submitted through your CDP coordinator for approval and processing. Your CDP coordinator/administrator will provide you with a tuition voucher if it is needed for the course(s) you are registering for.
- Select a course from the course offerings. Course descriptions can be found in the course catalog. Matriculated students should discuss their course selections with their advisors.
- Complete and submit your registration form to your Career Development Program coordinator for approval and processing. Your site coordinator will then submit it to Empire State College with your book order.
- Order your books. Your book order must also be submitted through your Career Development Program coordinator and it must accompany your registration form when it is submitted to Empire State College. You must provide a street address; no P.O. Box numbers please.
