Directions
Empire State College is located at the Ulrich City Centre in Lockport. Our office is in Suite A and accessible from the parking area.
North (Lake Ontario) | South (Buffalo/Amherst)
From the North (Lake Ontario)
- Take Route 78 (Lockport/Olcott Road) south into the city.
- At Reed's Hot Dog Stand, go over the canal and turn right on Market Street. Market Street turns into Locust Street.
- Just after the signal at Main and Locust you will turn right into the Ulrich City Center parking area between Main and Walnut.
From the South (Buffalo/Amherst)
- Take Route 78 (Transit Road) north into the city.
- Turn right on Main Street.
- Turn right on Locust Street and then turn right into the Ulrich City Center parking area between Main and Walnut.
