The Office of the Registrar is the repository of all official student records for the college. The Office of the Registrar at Empire State College is responsible for all official student and alumni records and information. The Principal Clerk is the day-to-day office manager and is the supervisor of four classified staff members. Position Duties Include:
The incumbent will work closely with culturally diverse faculty, staff and students in a multicultural learning work environment.
WORK HOURS: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have taken and passed a NYS Civil Service examination and be reachable off the Civil Service eligible list.
One year in a clerical position allocated at Grade 7 or higher.

GRADE/SALARY RANGE: SG-14 $43,270 - $52,552
