Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Empire State College is located at 200 North Central Ave. in a former elementary school building (Webb Field) in Hartsdale.
The office is Room 150 on the first floor.
Bronx River Parkway | Cross Westchester Expressway (287 East) | (287 West)
From the Bronx River Parkway
- Take exit 15 (Fenimore Road).
- Turn left at top of exit ramp. Bear right onto West Hartsdale Avenue.
- At Central Avenue, turn right. Continue on Central Avenue approximately one-half mile.
- Make a right turn onto Harvard Drive. The building driveway is immediately to the right.
From the Cross Westchester Expressway (287 East)
[Coming from the Tappan Zee Bridge (going south) or the Sprain Brook Parkway or Route 9]
- Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (287 East) to exit 5 (NY 119).
- Exit onto Route 119 East.
- At the third traffic light, turn right onto Central Avenue (NY 100). Continue on Central Avenue exactly one mile.
- Turn left at the traffic light onto Harvard Drive. The building driveway is immediately to the right.
From the Cross Westchester Expressway (287 West)
[Coming from the Hutchinson River Parkway (south) or Route 684 or Connecticut]
- Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (287 West) to exit 5.
- Turn left on NY 100 South, and left again at the junction of Routes 100 and 119.
- Continue to Central Avenue (NY 100) and make a right turn onto Central Avenue. Continue one mile.
- Turn left at the traffic light onto Harvard Drive. The building driveway is immediately to the right.
