Where to Study

Proof of High School Education

Application Requirement

Proof of high school completion status is required with your application. Proof can be in the form of one of the following:

  • high school transcript
  • GED documentation
  • official transcript from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university showing conferral of an associate degree
  • official transcript(s) from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university showing completion of 24 college credits distributed as follows: 6 semester hours in English, 3 semester hours in math, 3 semester hours in natural sciences, 3 semester hours in social sciences, 3 semester hours in humanities, and 6 semester hours in any other courses.
    Note:     The 24 college credits option will not be sufficient if you are applying for financial aid. Visit Financial Aid for more information.

NOTE:

If your high school education is from a country other than the United States, that credential must be evaluated by an approved evaluation service. Please see High School or College Credentials from Non-U.S. Institutions for more information.
