Mailed Application for Admission
- To request that an application packet be mailed to you, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete mailing address information (name, address and phone number).
- Complete application and return application materials to our Office of Admissions by postal mail.
- Be sure to include payment of the $50 USD orientation fee which must be paid by check (payable to “SUNY Empire State College”), or paid by credit card.
- Mail completed application form and payment to:
