Application Instructions
- To print an application, go to www.esc.edu/apply.
- Under the "Application Requirements" heading, click on "printed application form".
- When the form opens, print and complete the application form.
- Return application form and payment to our Office of Admissions by postal mail (see address on last page of application).
- Be sure to include payment of the $50 USD orientation fee, which must be paid by check (payable to “SUNY Empire State College”) or paid by credit card.
- Mail completed application form with payment to:
