Community Outreach Grants

‎To support the efforts of our academic centers to increase access to postsecondary education for underserved and underrepresented populations, Empire State College has established a community outreach fund.

Guidelines for proposals, the application form and a budget sheet are submitted to the Affirmative Action Committee which makes recommendations regarding the grants to the president.

Note: Adobe Reader is required to read and complete PDF documents. If Adobe Reader is not installed on your computer, you can download it for free from Adobe.

To complete the application form and budget sheet, download the documents and then open with Adobe Reader.
