To support the efforts of our academic centers to increase access to postsecondary education for underserved and underrepresented populations, Empire State College has established a community outreach fund.
Guidelines for proposals, the application form and a budget sheet are submitted to the Affirmative Action Committee which makes recommendations regarding the grants to the president.
